1. Base Price Standard

• All services must start at a minimum price of $3.00 USD.
• This applies across all categories: writing, design, tech, business, etc.
• Sellers can charge more, but never below $3.
• Multiple orders (e.g. 2 logos) = multiples of $3 (e.g. $6).

Sellers may offer:

• Add-ons (e.g. faster delivery, extra revisions)
• Tiered packages (e.g. basic, standard, premium)
• Tips from satisfied buyers

All follow the same 10% seller commission and buyer service fee rules.

4. Payment and Payout

• Buyers can pay via card, bank transfer, or mobile money (e.g. Interswitch, Flutterwave).
• Sellers can withdraw to local accounts or digital wallets.
• Payouts are processed after completion + review (usually within 5–7 working days).

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Full Refunds: Given if seller doesn’t deliver or buyer cancels before seller accepts.
• Partial Refunds: Possible after dispute investigation for partially delivered work.
• Disputes: Must be opened within 48 hours of approved delivery. Funds held in escrow while resolved by Nawegigs support.

6. Policy Reminders

• Base gig price cannot go below $3.00
• Sellers earn 90% of gig price
• Buyers pay 5.5% extra at checkout
• Currency rates may cause slight NGN variation
• Policies are reviewed and updated periodically

Important Terms & Fraud Policy

• Bonuses are paid within 7 days of successful referrals only.
• Referrals must be made using your unique link — no fake or self-referrals allowed.
• Nawegigs reserves the right to change terms, bonus amounts, or terminate the program at any time.
• Referral bonuses are non-transferable and may not be withdrawn as cash unless stated.
• Fraudulent activity, like creating fake accounts, may lead to suspension or ban of accounts.
